Estimates and quotes

Requesting an estimate through our website, by phone or by text does not create a contract or obligate either of us. Every quote is based on what we see when we walk your property, including acreage, vegetation density, access, terrain, travel and overall scope. Work begins only after you accept a quote. The specific terms you agree to for a job, such as scope, price, schedule and payment, are what govern that job. If they conflict with these website terms, the job terms control.

Your property

Before work begins, you are responsible for showing us your property lines and the areas to be cleared, and for telling us about anything we should know, such as underground utilities, septic systems, wells, irrigation lines, buried objects, fences, structures or other hazards. You confirm that you own the property or have permission to have the work done.

Text messaging terms

By giving us your phone number and agreeing to be contacted, you consent to receive text messages from Deep Roots Land Services about your estimate request, scheduling and your project. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
